Shipping Information:

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (unless you are placing an advanced or customized order). Please make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number, in case we need to contact you regarding your order. When placing an advanced or customized order, we will email you with an estimated shipping date.

Ground Shipping Charges (for the Continental U.S.): Less than $29.99 = $9.00, $30 - $49.99 = $10.00, $50 - $99.99 = $13.00, $100 - $149.99 = $17.00, $150 - $249.99 = $20.00, $250 - $499.99 = $25.00

Please email us for a quote on all orders over $499.99, if you would like to have it shipped air, or for international orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cataclysm offers a 30 day return policy. Please note that all items must be in the original packaging (and unopened) in order to be returned. Cataclysm reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns. If you need to cancel an order, and the order has not been shipped, you will receive a 100% refund. In the event that the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the normal return policy (and a 10% restocking fee will be charged). All refunds are normally processed within 10 business days.

All customized orders are non-refundable.
